i'm selling my lil E8's. i love em...and i love telling people i have 32 speakers in the back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif but in my lil space, it seems they're more cumbersome than anything. i've had thoughts of a little rebuild, or re-wiring at least, and just thinking of having to redo everything makes me wanna cry inside lol. so i'm going to sell them and go for something a little more simple. here's some pics

What number did you do with these?

I had a single in ~.5-.6 and it did quite well.

tuned at 30 hz i only did a 148.xx //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif i'm having a hard as hell time trying to break 150.

amps were only tuned with a dmm tho. i have a clamp meter now to help figure box rise...but i'll do that for my next setup

That shouldave been way higher I would think with 2 3000D's strapped.

yeah same here. i have 3 powermaster D5100's and an ohio gen alt (that needs repaired) and i have a pretty bad voltage drop still. i'm going to get a few more batts and i'm still in the process of trying to find a dual alt bracket. i cant find one anywhere.

next try is a setup with 4 18's and slightly higher tuning

but all that is a story for another day

30 is a really low tune for SPL, depending on vehicle sweet spot, but most are 45-52HZ or more

yeah. it's more for daily, so i like the low tuning. and i bassrace more than anything, only dbdrag when i wanna see what i meter, but i just wanna break 150. none of my friends are REALLY into bass like me, so it's more of a personal goal. i dont wanna tune into the 40's quite yet, but ima step it up to mid to high 30's and see how much of a difference that'll make so i can keep some low end.

I like your style. Low tuning is just more fun if you listen to it everyday IMO.
