Sold FS: PS2-1800 maybe blown?

I blew the fuses in it somehow. I've checked my wiring and it's not the problem. It stopped working and when I felt it, it wasn't hot and it's usually warm. Not sure if it's fixable but I was planning on upgrading anyway and this is the perfect excuse. No clue how much this is worth so $100 OBO.
