Sold FS: Pretty much BRAND NEW JL 15W6

I'm selling a JL Audio 15W6. DON'T get discouraged that it's a 15. It CAN fit in a coupe or sedan. The sub needs only 400-500w rms and 1.25 cu. ft. sealed. It's very efficient and most 10's require that much space.

 

Reason for selling is that I was trying to find a second JL 15W6 for my setup, but it's too difficult to find another one (for the condition I'm trying to find it in).

 

This here is and oldschool, rare, discontinued, MINT, and pretty much BRAND NEW subwoofer. I bought it a couple years ago from someone on an audio forum when it hadn't been used. I tested it out on my home theater amp for just under a minute and that was it. So this 12 yr or so sub is practically new.

 

Your chances of finding this same sub in such a condition are near impossible, trust me, I'm trying to find one, lol. The sub comes in original packaging and has been sitting on its side so that the suspension doesn't sag.

GLWS. One of the highest regarded subwoofers ever made for SQ and has great output. Not exactly hitting 150 db's any time soon but great great great great subwoofer

i have 2 12" w6 baskets and motors.... if u want to make a deal maybe u can build those into a 15" for your self.

Yeah, I'm just sad I never got to use it...or that I can't fit 3 15's IB lol..and finding two other 15w6's in the same condition I think is impossible (or near, never know).

Hmmm....PM me price on them. Might be interested, but I don't think I can fit 3 15's...I'll have to double check my measurements again.

How do you plan on puting 2 18"s in the G35 ?

Gonna do an infinite baffle setup. I have what it seems to be just enough width and height for both. If I don't have enough height I'm gonna angle them and if I don't have enough width I'll tilt them. It'll be a little bit of work, but not much since if anything it's 1-2".... 3" at most.

God I would love to have this...........for free. lol But it sure is once helluva nice sub. and your right you will NOT find another one in this condition.

I even tried calling JL themselves, woofersetc and a few local places that might have it, but none did. All said ebay or craigslist.
