i am selling a brand new ps3 40gig with Two controllers and hdmi cable.

my mom lost the reciept and now i am kinda screwed.

the console works 100% i borrowed a game off my buddy and played it twice

everything works. its exactly 5 days old. the only reason i am selling this is because i want to upgrade to 80gig.

i dont mind losing out abit of $$ so i am looking to get at least 320$ obo shipped.

If it's only 5 days old you can go back to the store where it was purchased from and get a copy of the receipt. Especially if it was paid for with a credit card.

How do you know he's a known scammer? You're just talking unless you know the guy in real life. If he ships first, I doubt he's a scammer. Unless of course he's selling stolen goods.
