About the Tantrum:

If you're looking for a 1 ohm stable amp...I have a brand new Directed DEI 1500D...1500 watts at 1 ohm...still in box. Only powered up once to see what it sounded like. I've only had it for 2 weeks....all verifieable by Directed Electronics warranty dept.
