how about some Diamond audio 6.5 M361 used for 2 months and 200 bucks, best i can do but I WANT UR AMP SOOO BADLY...... the diamond audios have everythign liek new, box,manual, woofer, tweets, crossovers, never abused and sounds flipping AWSOME off my memphis amp. come with the paper work that has the model numbers/serial numbers that are still under warranty at CarAudioShoppe.com. great speakers, only way i woudl part with them would be to get your amp, no need to sell other wise. PPLLLZZ consider my offer cause i need ur amp as bad as u need to sell it and get some cash for it. i wont even bother selling mr orion 1200d first.i'll just sell my amp later and be poor as hell for a lil while i want ur amp so bad man...... pPLLLZZZZ

Well, I do greatly appreciate both Your situation & Your offer.

There are just a couple of drawbacks to it (for me):

• The component set that You are offering can be found: Here Brand New for $119 + $19 for S&H.
  
• I have no use for these as I have two sets of 6.5" components on a UPS truck to me at the moment.
  
• I have a set of CDT's in my truck already
  
• I'm looking to sell the amp for cash, first & foremost.
  

But, since I'm a softy at heart, YGPM.
