In good condition. There is a little rubber peeling off on the front sides. And since this phone is not on any U.S. phone carrier there will be a little static once in a while, but it only happens when you call out. I dont have a charger, since I charged the phone while it was connected to my computer. I can include a USB cable if you want. I will let this phone go for $105 Shipped.

No, it wont work on Verizon. This is a GSM phone which is unlocked works with Cingular, T-Mobile, Rodgers(If your in Canada)
