amp has been modded to run up to 18v and 1 ohm daily. it is at the repair shop and is coming home today, good as new. 9/10 cosmetically.

only really getting rid of it to get an amp that is factory 1 ohm stable, as i think running it at 1 ohm did it in last time.

Where in TX you located?

Will it still do 2000 at 2 ohms, I am not familiar with the modding

im in odessa.

the modding just makes it stable at 1 ohm and accept up to 18v current, i ran it at 1 ohm for about 3 months and didnt have a problem till all the sudden.

it will still do 2000rms @ 2 ohms (13.8v). 2400rms @ 2 ohms (15.5v)

can get 3000+ @ 1 ohm and alot of current. like 16-18v.

amp is brand new again...

audiotekx.com did the repairs.

i will have reciepts when i get the amp back in about 7 days. im just getting a heads up because i want to get a new amp quick. i was going to use this one but i dont want to run it at 1 ohm anymore.

it sounds like a lot but while i was cruisin one day it just stopped workin. this is what they told me...

"One of the output's was blown (so far 5 FET's, 6 resistors, and a blown hybrid)."
