Both items are used but in excellent condition with very little use. Each comes with the original box and all the accessories that they come with. The JL will come with the owner's man., allen renches, mounting feet, screws, etc. The PWE will come with all the neccessary hardware to configure it for a 4 or 1 ohm load and the beauty ring.

Mechanically each is 10/10 appearance 9.5/10.
