slightly under rated. you're not gonna find a better quality amp for 200. i can promise you that. i remember paying 300 a few years ago and it being worth every **** penny. i cant emphasize enough how great this series of mclass amps are. one perk is that this amp for sale is part of the series that were rated at 13.8v, not 14.4v like the new lines are. i ran that same amp for years and loved it

Great amp. I had an M-Class 500d for my first amp and will be installing an ST3004 in my next setup. I'm really surprised nobody has picked this up yet.
