I've got an Everex StepNote NM3900W laptop for sale. I'm wanting another desktop, and so this is going to go. It's a beat up laptop, scratches, broken pieces (ONLY cosmetical!) Missing some screws for the bottom cover, but it works fine still. The mouse pad buttons are a little worn, and you have to push a little to get it to 'click'. I'm currently on the computer, so I know it works. The DVD burner works, but it doesn't like to read movie DVDs for some reason? Anyway, I'm asking $275 + Shipping for it, which I think is reasonable, after it was bought last year for close to $700 (I have the receipt to prove it, I think.) I've looked pretty much everywhere, and the cheapest I have found it now is at WalMart for $398, for a refurbished product. I have upgraded the RAM to 1GB (2 x 512MB Hynix RAM). I can either format the drive and leave it, or format, and install Windows XP Professional SP2.
