This amp came from kicker directly, not a third party vendor. It was purchased at bestbuy one year ago with a full manufacturers warranty, the birthsheet on this amp said 11xx so it does 1000 true watts RMS, it does the same power as a ZX1000 but is half the size and more efficient. These also cost substantially MORE then an equal ZX series because they are a higher quality line of product
