This is a great sounding HU that I've used for almost a year. It's never had any problems and it works perfectly. Has a lot of very nice features - i.e. Hi/Low pass filters for front, rear, and sub channels, 3 band para-EQ with adjustable center freq's and Q curve for Hi, Mid, Low bands, 4V preouts, 24bit D/A converter. The built-in USB connection is great. I stopped burning CD's and just bought a cheap 4GB flashdrive ($14 from CompUSA) so I had tons of music on hand that I could just plug in and out.

Includes all original parts and accessories. Remote control, wire lead harness, owner's manual, Media Manager software CD and instructions, soft carrying case for detachable face, and manufacturer's box/packaging. See pics below.
