Alright, I'll upload pics as soon as I get home, but heres the details.
JL Audio 10w3v2. Very nice condition, used for about 2 weeks. Small rub marks (right side only, right where the screw goes too) on the rubber part where the screws go in (not the surround, happend because a part of my seat rubbed it..) I have pics of the rubbed area, like I said, I'll upload them later. But other than that this thing has been taken care of, PERFECT CONDITION other than the part mentioned, and NEVER overpowered or run off of clipped signals or low quality audio source.

JL Audio e1200. Bad part now, its blown lol. I was running it the other night (a bit loud I guess) and it cut out. Opened it up, and a pair of mosfet transistors is blown. I don't have time or patience to repair it, but I know someone does. Not sure how much it would cost to replace all the mosfets, but I'll post up the board model and Rev. (along with pics of internals and blown mos.) so if anyone is interested, they can check out the price of mosfets to fix it first.
Like I said I'm not sure how much it would cost to fix this thing....so I'm sure my pricing is off, thats why I'm just gonna say $80 shipped OBO?
Also, I have refs, you can contact them if you like, but I will ship after I get the money, I don't feel like getting scammed.
