Well ive never heard those comps but these are high end speakers that most people use in SQ competitions. Even though the install of the drivers is the most important part, having high end gear surely helps in end results. As for 3rd party cross overs i guess it would depend on what they cross over at....i believe these tweets can go as low as about 3200 Hz.
