Sold FS: hifonics maxximus in the repair shop

i am selling the hifonics maxximus i just recently picked up and blew. i came to the conclusion, the back batts not being framed to the car are the reason for it blowing. anyways its on its way to CIA engineering for repairs. the repairs are costing me upwards of 300 and shipping back and forth on a 75lb object is not light. looking to get 1400+shipping, as after repairs i will have more than that into this. serious inquiries only and pictures upon requests. MSRP is 5000. competitor price per watt is 19 cents and direct thru hifonics per watt is 35 cents. thanks for looking. amp will be in 110% working order and they put the amp through 3 hours of testing before sending it out.

just so you know cia engineering has a pretty spotty track record. read the amp repair thread in the amplifier section and you will see. they had my amp for about 4 months after telling me i would have it in 10 days.
