I used my banks debit card for the payment ill resend it with my credit card if I have to. i just created the Paypal account, I didn't have one.

Its no biggie. I'm sure in the next 24hrs it should clear. Just the first time I have ever run into this.

Just thought I'd mention, I had that happen to me recently, which ended up going thru as normal. After the PayPal Credit wrongfully billing and splitting up with eBay, they've started throwing flags for everything and reviewing it. I wouldn't be surprised if they later asked you for all sorts of bs to verify who you are. Seems like they're doing it to everyone.
