I have a pair of memphis PR 12" subs for sale, these are the dual 4ohm VC with the chrome baskets. Mint condition and will ship in the original boxes. Looking for $120 shipped in the US (except hawaii and alaska) for the pair

I never put more than 600 watts RMS to them but it was a 4 cubed box so I didnt want to test the limits with such a big box. I think 800 watts would be a fine in a smaller box and a large port area like say 3cubes with 45+ inches of port area. could probably take even more but like i said I never went above 600

how SQL is this sub? recommended for one ported? how are they compared to type r 12s?

i got the amp yesterday, looks pretty good. i havent had a chance to hook it up yet, but im sure everything will be good... i will leave feedback as soon as i get a chance... thanks man... bump

Its good SQL more SP than SQ but not a fart cannon by any means. I think its 2cuft rec for one but I wont split em. My 2 12s beat a 15" type R in a competition but thats as far as ive compared them. Type R takes alot more power than these but these use the power better, dont need as much to get loud.
