Sold FS/FT: 18" Eclipse Ti Pro (TC 5200)

I have a 18" Quad 1ohm Eclipse (Fujitsu ten) Ti Pro that was OEMd by TC Sounds. The sub has the removable top assembly. It has been sitting in my garage awaiting a HT build all year but I have invested too much time into other things and do not have the time to finish this build while I am attending school. I would like $450+ shipping and am also very open to trades if you have something that catches my eye. The subwoofer is in near mint condition, the cone has no dents of scratches and the motor has very few minor scratches on the bottom which are hard to see.

Both of our repuations are worth much more then a subwoofer. I have been screwed over by several people and he has had his fair share of problems as well, neither of us would wish anything like this upon one another. That is why I am doing what ever I can to get this taken care of. UPS has screwed me over in the past and I will do what ever I can to make it not happen again.

Well how i see it ...
First on The shipping of the sub. I have to say looking in from a outsider I dont see how a 17lb sub bouble boxed/bubble wrapped/ and stuffed with packing peanuts comes to 24lbs. Also the fact that it was still full of peanuts when it got there is kinda shady also. If the boxed was opened in tranit then there would be cut tape some where on the box replaced with more or you would be able to see where they ripped the old tape off. But that is a ups store label not a home printed on which means it was most likely weight at a ups store. I would check to see.

Secondly, Its just makes it impossible to fully give the reciever 100% credit since he wasn't the one who signed for the package. I hate that ups does this and will deliver to anyone in the house but they do.

There are many indications that ups could have tampered with the package but it will take alot of convincing and evidence. There are cameras and i would go to the extent to trying to figure this out.

Why kmanian is going to take a loss idk i mean being out a 450 dollar sub and going through the tuff times you had been having in the past i would be trying to do as much as Bumpin when trying to figure out what is going on here.

the very least a boxed ul12 weighs at shipping is 21lbs, trust me I have shipped a tone of them. This one was put in a bigger exterior box with more fill. Infact the acutal weight at shipping was 23.7 lbs

I am willing to do the work, being in a different country makes it hard though. I could run up a $450 phone bill in no time. Plus my honest thoughts are that it happened closer to his place than Tennessee.

As for taking a loss, I can't expect Matt to take the loss, he didn't do anything here accept get a gallon of water. I honestly 100% believe Matt.

I WILL get to the bottom of this man. I am not simply letting it end like this some little POS has a nice UL12 and thats BS. I was pretty busy with classes today I will try and raise more hell tommorow at UPS, I figure once I get a hold of the right person there things will start moving, just not sure who to talk to there. I may drive the 35min and go to the building myself if I can find the time tommorow, school is not making it easy though.

Lady I talked with today at the Janesville hub said she would "look more into it" and she was going to contact the other hubs it had been at as well. She said she has never heard or seen a problem like this before but that doesn't mean it couldnt have happened. She told me to expect a call tommorow.

Another option she said is they could come pick up the package for a claim and it would be shipped back to the Tennesse hub, but based on everything she said it would be a waste of time unless they indeed find a video of someone doing the swap. I suggested it could have been done by the truck driver but she said she highly doubted it... all though she didnt really give me reasons as to why.

I know where your coming from but I have had luck if I haggle the shipping company enough they eventually try and work something out. I know it doesnt look good but Im not simply giving up, not an option.

never got a call today... im pretty pissed I got classes tommorow but Friday I plan to drive down and pay the hub a visit, and bring my gallon of water and box with me.
