Got some 12-18v Volt meters for sale, I got silver face along with the black face ones. They have a 3 digit red LED display, can be flush or surface mountable, two wire hook (just power and ground) with auto sensing turn on, Diameter: 1-7/8 inches, Mounting Height: 5/8 inch. Nice looking, I would probably pick one up if they had some kind of mounting kit so I could just mount it to the top of my dash...don't want to have to cut into anything...
