Selling my D9's because they won't fit in my other car (they will, if I mess with my door panel, and I don't want to do that in that car).
I had them in my car in kick panels for about 7 months. They are great sounding speakers. I ran a JL 450/4 on them (150 watts to each mid, 75 watts to each tweeter). These speakers love power, handled that amp easily.
One of the midbass's is new (someone put there foot in the passenger side kick panel when the grill was off of it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif )
The crossovers have a few stratches here and there, and the plastic mounting feet have marks on them from the screws when they were mounted, but that's hard to avoid. The speakers are bi amping through the crossover.
They function 100% and sound great (they also come in a wooden box like a piece of jewelry, lol).
