This particular one has been out awhile now. The reason I say awhile is depending on the person who is buying it and their needs. Some of the hardcore gamer guys or some Hardware Guru's think pc hardware gets outdated after 6 months, then they go out and buy new stuff. If you are just wanting to do an HTPC then this would be more than enough. I am still running an intel Q6600 quad core which is one of the first gen quad cores ever produced and I can run just about any game maxed out. I also have the CPU overclocked and bought a $400+ video card to back it up though. My Q6600 is older than the AMD 9950 quad I am trying to sell if that tells you anything.

The AMD Phenom I am selling is a Black Edition which allows you to easily overclock the cpu if you have a semi-decent mobo and ram to match. Its still a good overall cpu IMO. If you wanted something worth the price difference and faster then you would have to shell out closer to $200. Just being honest, and at my pricing with

shipped and insured plus delivery confirmation is a good deal IMO.

I will go ahead and lower it to $110 shipped now as I need this gone.
