it's 7/10 cosmetically due to small nicks and scratches... 0/10 functionally as it doesn't work lol...

What exactly is wrong with it and how much shipping to 30286?

I think the coil expanded... the one is locked up, and takes quite a bit of force to move... the coils still seems to be functional. As usual, it produces higher frequency sounds, but not lower frequencies. However, i'm not sure how well calibrated it is... last time i used it it was, so if its to be believed, one coil measures around 10ohms and the other around 4.

Via USPS parcel post shipping shouldn't be more than 22 bucks.
