yeah i had them installed under my couch hooked up to my home theater, when friends would come over when i had my system on they would almost freak out and thought that my little 10 inch sub was badass, i never let them know they were under there.....was kinda funny

i saw these a few years back, i think they actually transmit low frequency vibrations that are more felt by the body than actually audible, but im not completely sure. i thought they were pretty interesting.

pretty much. PE sells some bigger I-beam ones too, but the price is much more if I remeber right.

they pretty much vibrate the low frequency so you can feel the bass and it resonates what ever surface they are mounted to so you actually can hear very deep tones, very cool effect, had them hooked up under my seats in my car for about a month along time ago and just recently installed them under my sectional couch
