Item(s) for Sale:

Audible Physics Arians 6.5" mids

These sound better than my $1k/pr. Dynaudio Esotar mids above 100hz. The Esotars are bass monsters but the Arians can play full range up to 8khz+ with ease and sound incredible doing it. As you can see in my pics I have them paired with my $1600/pr. RAAL 140-15D dipole ribbons, some of the best tweeters ever created and the Arians easily match their detail and high output.

If I had the time, I'd build these into kick panels with a smaller RAAL ribbon and then put a high output 8" in my doors for a world class 3-way front stage. These are literally the best mids I've ever heard, better than some very high dollar stuff like SEAS Excel, etc.

If you were going to compare and contrast the two .............the Arians vs the 6.1 FB Pros, how would you say they compare?
I'm looking to put together a 3-way setup for my front stage and I really was a very musical 6.5", but also that exhibits good midbass and will make a very clean transition to my 2" or 3" midrange.
I ran my PHD's for a very short time with 150 watts, i can say the midbass was VERY good! But the Midrange of the Arians is good as it gets. I decided to go with the Arains in my 2 way system. But for a 3 way id do the PHD's fb pros without a doubt. The PHD's sound great and had some major authority with 150 watts, it did not even dawn on me that they could take 300 watts.

That's where they really start to shine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

FYI I have another pair for sale, not as mint as the original pair in this thread but still very good condition. First $300 shipped takes them. Only selling because I found a deal of a lifetime on Accuton C173-6-090 mids (the holy grail of home audio mids).
