yes, specs on the crossifre are correct and a little under rated. They are rated at 12v so actual power at 14.4v is a little higher.

if you havent sold those planet audio amps post them up on DIY there was someone over there looking for the matching set a couple weeks ago. they inquired about my 1250.1 and 150.4 i had last year.
