It's a 150, and that's the only difference.. It's only 2 months old.. Bought it brand new.. It's a very cool toy, but I have other plans for my dash and it's not gonna fit when I'm done.. And I've also found that I like the sound of my 1000/1 and 12w6v2's just the way they are.. But I'm gonna miss the dB meter in the dash..
