As far as I know it is just the display.9835 is bio light and this is dot matrix.

Well there has to be a reason the 9835 is more expensive....still thinking on this deck as is old school goodness....well kinda old, lol!

Yeah I loved this deck while I ran it. It just doesn't have optical out or control my h701 is why I no longer need it.

Also big bang my setup has changed quite a bit since you have been on here. You should check it out. Well I suppose see Sig for new details

9835 also has the multi-color buttons. Over 250 different colors to match your interior.

Yeah, impressive to say the least! I would to take a listen, but 100's of miles away, lol!

Mucho cheddar in your setup as well. Love the ID's as well, but cant spend like that....
