Why do I always have to be broke? This is the first time in a month since I've been up here b/c I can't stand not being able to buy anything. hmmm how much airspace do they need ported? i have very limited space and 2500rms

Pretty much as small of a box as you can make they will work in. If you model them up you'll see what I mean. As small as 2.5 ft^3 tuned to 35 Hz would work for the pair of them. You technically could get away with even small but the port would become ridiculously big.

DD suggests 3.5 ft^3 tuned to 40 Hz for the pair on their site... but smaller would work just fine.

Let me know when they arrive. I added some extra packing around the OEM packing at the bottom to help keep it from shifting and braced the top of the box a bit as it was sagging. I threw in extra insurance in case they do manage to break them as well!
