These are classic, low-distortion drivers fantastic for small sealed enclosures (~1.25 cu ft) with 300 - 500 watts of input power.

waiting to hear back about a possible local sale. ill keep this updated.

as for IB i couldnt tell you for sure. i took them on a partial trade and cant really use them.
