Yeah... if you can guarantee they are at least 18 ft a piece and those spots are cuts in them? Hard to see in the pics...

not cuts on the wires that i can see, there is some tape glue on them and some adhesive/carpeting which can be cleaned off with acetone, denatured alcohol etc....yes they are 18-19' long...
