I've got a pair of 12" JBL Power Series woofers FS...have quite bit of use on them...but still play loud and stay strong. Dual 2's.

What kind of box do these like?

I will be building an enclosure for a guy with 2 of these exact same subs running of an alpine M1000.

Ih eard due to high efficiency of these, I should go a tad smaller enclosure then recomended, and tune to 30-31 Hz

That box in the picture is 2 cubes each side, tuned to 32 and it sonded awesome......extremely good musical subs...but they still did a 149.7 @ 47Hz peak....

I gave them a good home for a while and they rocked...definitely a good sub for the money and gets loud for a 400 watt RMS speaker.
