Sold FS: 2 DD 1008a's New

I bought these to do a drop in comparison between the 1508's and the 1008's. But i decided I'm just going to run 3 1508's in the girlfriends car. One of the 1008's are new. I bought it from a local shop here. the other one was bought used from a member on this board. I have never powered either of them. They are both in excellent condition and are single 4ohm. I'm looking for $115 a piece plus shipping. Thanks

Edit: would work a trade for a 15" BTL, CSX, MT, or simliar.

Hey Tom, i never did the test. It was gonna be 3 1508's and 3 1008's, but i never found 2 more 1508's. I wanted the ones that were just on here but they sold quick. I just decided to go with the 1508's anyway. How are your's working out for ya?

in the pics, is that a comparison of the 1008 and 1508? is so, which is which? if those are both 1008s, how come they look different?

Yeah those are both the 1008a's. The one with plain red DD letters is the one I bought brand new from the local dealer here. Why they look different i have no idea.

yeah, i was just curious because the motors and baskets look slightly different in the last pic. maybe the one on the left is just missing the magnet boot. I dunno.

couldn't find any info on dd's site about them what size sealed box does it need and whats the power handling on this sub?

Bad95- The only trade I'd be interested in working is for either a 15 BTL or MT. or maybe something similar.

Stupify- DD doesnt make these anymore. they were replaced by the 1508. DD doesnt recommend sealed enclosures but of course you can run them in one. You'd want to use around 1 cube per sub.
