This is an MK1 Adire Audio Brahma. one of the "supersubs" ie RE xxx (05), W7, IDMax etc. the tinsel lead needs to be soldered, i was going to do this today but i lost my solder iron and don't feel like buying a new one right now. the sub is in pretty good cosmetic shape, there is nothing wrong with it mechanically, except the tinsel leads.

went and soldered it. forgot to put heat shrink tubing on it so i wrapped it in electrical tape. seems pretty strong.

Not the exact same woofer but ideally, the same thing.

Per Adire, the MKII has a high Re at 2.8 Ohms vs the 2.6 of the MKI. Also, the inductance changed to 1.8 mH from 1.7 mH. The big change is in Xmax. The MKII has 29mm one way linear vs 27.3mm on the MKI.

I would love this woofer but I don't have the cash for it right now. Bump though for a great driver. I hope someone picks this beast up soon.

This woofer is solid mechanically. It was mine before I decided to try out a mag. Great SQL 12.
