Im looking for the most spl from a single 12. Its going in a reg cab truck if that helps. I was wondering will it be a noticable difference if I change from the icon to a L7? Using the same crunch gp1500d and around a 2 cu.ft box. thanks

Probably not. Try raising the box tuning before dumping your driver for something else.

Nah the box is ported it just looks small because my middlle seat doesn't move so I cant get a picture of the whole box. Its a pre fab that's around 2 cu.ft and im not sure about the tuning though but im planning to make a box soon any suggestions. Im probably goin to use aero ports but I dont really understand them.

Its a pre fab

That's one of your problems. Build one for that sub so you know what it's tuned to. Then you can work your way around that.
