Friends friend needs help

Short and simple he has 2 PA 3000s he wants to strap them together,with each amp being at 1 ohm....which makes a final load of 2 ohms right? So he wants to power 2 15s(i forgot what he is gettin) what v/c combination does he need? I was thinkin 2x2 right. I didnt want to give him a wrong answer so I figured I'd ask u guys. Thanks for any help.

Why 1.4s? I think he said they are aviable with 1.5s
