The law that makes psuedoephedrine an over the counter medication now. You can no longer walk into a pharmacy and just but however much of it. I think you actually have a monthly limit of how much you can buy. I know it pretty well killed the meth probs here in Ok.

Anything drug (illegal) relating to man-made substances can't be good... Even the man-made stuff is pretty bad for you and highly addictive. Take Morphine (Opium) for example, it was used in the military as a pain killer, and many soldiers became highly addicted to it. That's why it's better to stick to the herbs.

those laws might decrease the mom and pop meth cooks, but they will have no impact when distribution routes for the crystal meth from mexican super-labs are created.

Yeah, I am sure that will eventually happen. it has been nearly 2 years, and meth use is down considerably in Ok. Actually, LSD is making a big comeback as a replacement. Good law and all, but as soon as it went into effect the crime rate skyrocketed with theft from addicts trying to get that extra money.

i still remember before they criminalized mdma, there were articles about how it was isolated to gay *** parties, or some shit, and it was causing an uprise in the spread of aids................

truth is, the average meth user is something like 40 years old and up, and from all walks of life..... and most users use it for work over recreation..... modern society puts a lot of stress on getting things done day in and day out, and it's pushing people to try meth...... doesn't have anything to do with being a "redneck"

shit, it originated from japan during wwII. i don't consider japan a hillbilly country, and they had most of the addicts in the world up until 10 or 15 years ago.

It's just how the human brain assosiates reoccuring themes with daily life. If you see a old person driving slow enough times, you're going to start assuming all old people drive slow.

It's just how the human brain assosiates reoccuring themes with daily life. If you see a old person driving slow enough times, you're going to start assuming all old people drive slow.

Great analogy. yeah, stereotypes are just an association that usually ends up negative for both parties. However, with meth, I am in Ok, king of trailer parks, and they all used to smell like a big ole cooker. Just the flip however, a lot of rich people here use it as well.
