fried my brutius

I recently got an audiopipe 0 guage wiring kit for my brutius 1500 and fried my amp because the fuse on the wire was 250 amp anl, and the fuses on the amp were 2 60 amp fuses.I guess I overpowered my amp, the crazy thing was the fuses on the brutius werent blown,but when I opened the amp the internals were melted?

It shouldnt do that, the fuses on the amp should prevent that.

What ohm load did you have?

Where did you get it from?

yeah, a bigger inline fuse means nothing in this type of problem, sounds like faulty wiring or amp was phucked to begin with.

if u don't have a warranty contact hifonics they'll fix it for ~$75 bucks
