Frequency Analyzer?

Not sure quite what its called, but are there any programs out there that will show me the frequencies being played throughout an mp3? In a graph or some other way. Thanks in advance

Spectrum Analyzer pro live 3.5 - 4.0 will do it.....I have the crack for 3.5 but not the one for 4.0, so if someone knows where they can hook me up a copy it would be much apprecaited.
