my car was broken into just before my birthday (sept. 16). im off at college, so i dont have the car with me, my brother is driving it to school and around town for the time being. they stole my amps and sub, but left my speakers and headunit. i have been looking for an amp that i could put in to just power the speakers for the time being so that my brother can at least have some music to listen to.

i could still use it has present to my sisters system, she saved up money to spend on a system to put one in so i need to get her another speaker amp since i ruined her pioneer one trying to be the big brother and installing it. she bought a 1242w sub with a 310a amp, i think(both infinity products.) but i am still in need to make it up to her, shes mad at me. plus i wont be installing it, it will be installed by professionals, not the big brother //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

You guys are kinda sad- makes me want to give away the stash of old school power I have.

Mad Props to 60 though- I believe last time he gave away an amp it became a "pay it forward" thing. He gave one to someone, they gave one of theirs and so on. Just keep that in mind whoever does get it- pass on the favor and make someone else's day, week, month, or even year.

well i think mine meets that criteria since it is going in the car of a kid who was jacked and it will be powering some subs that I was buying for my HT but decided he needed it more than me. got to find him a HU too or see if my old stock HU will fit in his car. BTW the subs arrived from eD today woohoo.

please dont give it to any of the people who keep saying that they like 4 subs and the bass goes over the music, cuse that's just plain retarded maybe they should've bought a speaker amp before buying 4-whatever amount of subs at one time. Already saw like 4-5 people saying they want it cuse their bass drowns out their music. How about turning the bass down?

i would really like to have that amp to power my componets so i could have a little bit of base until i can save up for an amp for my subs
