filed something with them about a certain something....and im going to call them up tomorrow to follow-up.

paypal said they dont take this "stuff" lightly....she said its like the F.T.C.

hopefully it works.....b/c paypal cant do shit unless the other party has money in their bank acct.

It would certainly be nice to have another resource to use in case of getting screwed on an online deal.

after i call tomorrow i'll see. i'll offer up a bunch of threads / emails i have.....its fraud straight up, and he asked someone to commit fraud.

"resolution specialist" @ paypal said i can get money back from them that they dont take this lightly, we'll see if i was bullshitted AGAIN

Xclusive, always check out a company on the Better Business Bureau. Also, Visa credit cards amongst others have certain credt card plans where you can cancel a payment. You can call Visa, once you've purchased something, and say for example you haven't received it or they won't send it to you, and you can ask Visa to reimburse you and credit you for the purchase. Visa will then deal with the company and you don't have to worry about it. Companies that are members of the BBB are usually good, like Woofersetc.com, Crutchfield.com, and BestBuy.com are trustworthy companies.

its not a company / business....its a hated person who is badly know on almost every internet audio site....get it?

i usually would have used my bank, where i could have gotten chargeback, but this was money sent to my paypal from selling something on ebay, then straight from my paypal balance to the party.

I don't even mess around with eBay or none of that. Too many crooks out there and the bad thing is, a lot of agencies out there, even the Attorney General can't do a darn thing to that person but relay your message to them. You could take that person to small claims court, I don't know what else to tell you.

i saw the attorney general site, but i went with fraud.org and im going to call tomorrow.

and yea thats all paypal does, remind buddy that he owes money to me, he aint gotta deposit shit in his bank acct. so i may not ever get shit. makes using paypal not even safe.
