Semi gloss black frame with each spoke sanded down and then polished still rough while get better. Thinking about painting the motor cases a silver chrome to match.

Looks good but I don't think I would mess with the motor.

Why not? It's just a metal and I'd take off everything such as the pole and screw holes ect..
