Fosgate vs. Crossfire

I think bang for your buck a fosgate would deliver pretty well. Crossfire's are good amps as well, can go wrong with either. But if it was my money forsgate for shure. The bd amps put out good power for the footprint and are pretty efficient. My buddy ran an older crossfire 1000w(it was white with blue stripe/design along the top middle) to a DD 3515 and it was very loud and made the DD sound descent.

there is a reason that they got the nick name of catchfire. running them with low voltage they will selfdestruct & take the subs with it. the fosgate amps are better built than the vr amps. i used to be a crossfire dealer but did not renew my contract with them years ago because of the problems with there amps.

I would run the Crossfire amp VR 1000 @ 1 ohm. The VR 404 would run the mids and highs. So far I am going back and forth. Everyone's opinions are helping me quite a bit.

id go RF ftw. crossfire is great dont get me wrong but id deffinatley say the RF is built better if we are talking about the power series
