fosgate p3d4 setup

I am gonna get 2 rockford fosgate p3d4 12's and the hifonics boltar 2k amp could this wiring work??

The part that confuses me is that the subs are 4 ohm but the wiring will be pulling 500 watts rms @ 2 ohms from the amp…… so r the subs gonna get 500 watts or what? If the wiring isnt gonna work is it to little or to much watts?

yes from what i have looked at this amp will do 500 watts rms x 2 at 2 ohms. this amp is not 1 ohm stable so dont bridge the subs at 1 ohm. from the wire diagram that you provided the subs are wire at 2 ohms @ each sub/channel.

could i reccomend a better amp? and possibly subs? Hifonics BRZ1700.1D 1700W Class D MonoBlock BRZ Brutus Series Car Subwoofer Amplifier(BRZ 1700.1D/BRZ 17001/BRZ17001/BRZ17001D) at Onlinecarstereo.com i have this amp and im powering 2 900 watt rms db drive k7 subs. i love hifonics and i love the brutus series amps.. the brx 1700.1 is 200$ plus tax.
