i have a set of fanq crossovers i would sell..thats all i could take out when i sold my car with the components

ok, what does he mean by running them "active" ???

Means don't use passive crossovers. Use either the crossover in the h/u(if equipped) or the amp(if equipped) or a separate electronic crossover to split the signal and amp the mids separately from the tweets.
