i had some guy put up some major BS saying he just got a quote from DD for a 99z 18. he tried saying it would be under 2k shipped.
i understand that but just say sorry not interested and move on.... i mean some people here get EXTREMELY offended by it.this is true but when someone like in my case is asking 1400 and someone offers half seriously even needing money who in their right mind would take that offer.
i just replied and said stick with bestbuy thanksi understand that but just say sorry not interested and move on.... i mean some people here get EXTREMELY offended by it.
i wont name names but there was a guy selling some tweets on here about a year ago. i offered him what a set on ebay just sold for and he acted like it was blasphemy that i offered him that just cause they retailed for like 300 bucks 6 years ago. he then called me a liar and when i showed him the auction he said since they were brand new never used that he still wanted his asking price for them...
a few months later i come to find out he sold them for 10 BUCKS LESS than what i offered him..... i found it pretty funny. but still insane how insulted he got when i offered him MARKET VALUE at the time for them.
need a helmet, a cup, and something to protect your ***The forum classifieds are rough these days..
VERY TRUE!!!!what i do truly hate is when people openly bash prices inside the thread. if something is higher than ebay theyll post in the thread that your price is too high. who cares, thats what hes asking and like what was said before go buy it on ebay if my price is too high. or at least PM that you think maybe his price is high. dont openly bash him like that.
personally id rather pay a couple extra bucks sometimes to a respected member on here for something rather than a member on ebay i know nothing about.
Never understood people with that. If your worried about the 3 dollars on your 100 dollar sale just add the price in up front and ask for 103 bucks ya cheap bastards.

If your selling a $1000+ item they add up, if your worried just make an appropriate asking price to cover it.
You don't sell stuff on ebay and then tack on ebay and pp fees after the auction is over, you go into the auction knowing you will lose that money on the back end, so you set your price appropriately. Its not complicated.
Not only is it against the rules but a seller will flat out lose a claim filed against them if Paypal is made aware that they charged the buyer a surcharge (ie. paypal fees). I never ask for the fees cause that kind of risk simply isn't worth it to me.
well if I had 90 bucks in my paypal and no more money in my bank account I would not feel like driving all the way to the bank to deposit 1 dollar (plus you would look pretty dumb depositing 1 dollar, especially when its that hot teller youve been hitting on for the past 3 weeks:crapYup, thats crazy petty, .35 cents, anybody can find that in their couch..
