He must be talking about how when you quick edit a post, their is a separate field for "Reason for editing".

It would take a year to post and describe all the new forum features myself, so I'm going to provide a link to the forum parent site. Keep in mind that not all the features are available to you, or at least not yet, but this gives you an idea of what it's capable of.
