laid off, im in the operators union so it happens periodically, mainly in the winter. just wait for the hall to call me with work and keep warm. its a good job though so i could pick two choices. i chose laid off since that is my current status.

laid off at the end of april last year. now they're paying for me to go to school, i get a check every week, they pay for my kids daycare, and i get a check to cover gas/ wear and tear on my car. all included i'm making more being unemployed than i was working and will end up with means to hopefully a higher paying job in a little over a year.

why the hell would you need to pay for daycare if you are no longer working

i'm going through WIA {workforce investment act} which is state funded and supposed to be in all states and also TRA {trade relief act} federally funded, which is because i lost my job because of oversees competition. AKA they moved to china.

i need to check in to that .do you know if works for people who want to get an ASE certification? If they do what do you have to do to get in to it ?(automotive service engineering)

i have a good job. i recently got a separated shoulder and im suppose to go back to work in a few weeks.
