Forum lagging a little bit

Is anyone else having trouble with the forum?? The pages take forever to load and its lagging horribly!!!! Half the time I'm getting the "server is to busy" thing.

I have cable so its not me as well. 500 is not that many ppl for here. It actually about average.

Its getting to the point were I can't do anything on the forum. It took me probably 3 min's to get in this thread.
