So I guess the question comes to mind, she we let Muslims into the Armed forces? He claimed to have problems going to war and potentially wounding/killing other muslims. He put his religion above his nation, so I ask the question should any of the Arabs be allowed to serve?

Point granted and not all muslims are arabs, guess it should be rephrased as religious affiliation and not ethnicity.
